We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Intern/Assistant to join our team.

This position requires active participation in our marketing efforts by creating compelling graphics, videos, and audio content and overseeing content distribution across various digital channels. As a crucial member of our Marketing and Communications team, the Marketing Intern will play a vital role in amplifying our brand's digital footprint, engaging our audience, and achieving our collective objectives. Additionally, this individual will report directly to the team leader, ensuring a cohesive and directed approach to our marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media and Content Management: Manage daily social media operations, including content scheduling, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics to inform strategies.
- Content Planning: Create and collaborate to maintain a content calendar that aligns with marketing objectives.
- Graphic Design: Creating engaging and proper design through different platforms.
- Analytics and Reporting: Regularly review performance data to measure content effectiveness.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and feedback. Track and report on customer service resolutions.
- Market Research: Assist in developing marketing campaigns and researching market trends and audience needs.
- SEM/SEO, website management support. Conducting keyword research.
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a school program (not mandatory).
- Experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and SEO/SEM strategies.
- Some knowledge of website management/building.
- Ability to work methodically, be proactive, and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for brand consistency.
