Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Media Content Creation Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a current student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand strategy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for design, and an interest in the real estate and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our marketing team to strategize and implement a content calendar that aligns with our brand's goals and audience's interests.
• Create engaging content across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and our website), including but not limited to photos, videos, blog posts, and infographics.
• Assist in managing social media accounts, engaging with our community, and analysing performance metrics to guide future content strategies.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our brand presence and attract a wider audience.
• Support the marketing team with any additional tasks related to digital marketing and content creation.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a program related to Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience with digital content creation and a good understanding of social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
• Interest in real estate, design, and construction is a plus.
• Equipment is a plus
