Medical Office Assistant

We are seeking a Medical Office Assistant to help us serve out patients efficiently and compassionately at a busy specialists office.

Medical office experience, knowledge of Accuro, and basic medical terminology is a requirement. MUST have transcription experience or training.

This job position includes but is not limited to:

-Transcriptions for both a voice clinic and an ENT specialist

-Basic Audio Testing (Training Provided)

-Cleaning and getting examination rooms ready for patients

-Putting patients in exam rooms

-Schedule and register Voice Clinic Patients

-Pre-testing (Training Provided)

-Assisting with other office duties as needed

The ideal candidate must be friendly, outgoing and highly organized and needs to have excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to multi- task in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who possesses an abundance of confidence and has the ability to communicate effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
