```Duties```
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify patient information and insurance coverage
- Assist with patient registration and check-in process
- Collect and update patient medical history and records
- Prepare examination rooms for patient visits
- Assist healthcare providers with procedures and treatments
- Process billing and insurance claims
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office
```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent required
-Medical Administrative Assistant or Medical Office Assistant diploma required
- Previous experience working in a Medical Office preferred
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems, such as Accuro
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with front desk operations, including phone systems and appointment scheduling
