SalaryOur busy Obstetrics and Gynaecology clinic is looking for a full time Medical Office Administrative person to become part of our dynamic team, with the mission of providing top quality care to all our patients. We will give preference to a candidate with a positive personality, great interpersonal skills and an exceptional work ethic. MOA training and Accuro software experience is a must. The candidate will enjoy a friendly and fast paced work environment, while being the welcoming face for the practice.
Responsibilities will be to answer phone calls and book appointments, assist patients with electronic check-in and health information input, scan/fax/file documents, and other clerical duties as assigned. Will also assist with measuring vital signs and recording them, rooming patients and assisting in preparing patients for procedures.
