Position: National Product Specialist – Agricultural Products
Reporting to: Vice President, Sales
Summary/Objective
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Agricultural tire expert to join our team. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the National Product Specialist is responsible for providing expert support to our dealer network, prospective customers, and sales team.
Essential Functions
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand development strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Become the go-to expert for Agricultural and specialty brands, possessing in-depth knowledge of product specifications, applications, and industry trends.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand positioning, differentiation, and expansion.
- Provide specialized training and ongoing support to our dealer network to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively promote and sell our products.
- Act as a subject matter expert on our tire brand, providing in-depth product knowledge to our dealer partners, prospects, and sales team.
- Serve as a technical resource for customers, assisting with tire selection, application recommendations, and troubleshooting.
- Act as the brand ambassador for our Agricultural tire products, representing the brand at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment and integration of brand strategies with overall business objectives.
- Work with Product Segment team to seamlessly integrate new products into the existing brand portfolio.
Travel
- This role will require extensive travel, approximately 80% of the time (National & International).
- Visits key vendors and customers to support sales growth needs as required.
- Attending sales meetings, trade shows and customer appreciation events as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
- Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of sales/product experience in the tire industry, preferably in a Agricultural capacity
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
