Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit duties including reviewing and reconciling daily transactions, balancing accounts, and generating reports
- Greet guests and provide excellent customer service at the front desk
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy of guest information and payment details
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Operate phone systems and assist with answering calls and taking messages
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to guests
- Ensure the safety and security of guests by following hotel procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and diplomacy
- Proficient in using computer systems for data entry, report generation, and email communication
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle phone systems
