Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent

We are looking for high energy, friendly and professional front Desk Agents for our beautiful Holiday Inn Express property in Orleans.

• Experienced in customer service and managing a variety of customer inquiries both on the phone and the front desk
• Experience working in a hotel environment
• Able to work in a busy atmosphere
• A Problem solver
• Organized and efficient
• Able to work overnight shifts, weekends and holidays
• Experienced with OPERA

Job summary:

• Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude and be committed to providing exceptional guest care through use of initiative and empowered decision
• Process all guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments and room rate or date requests.
• Be friendly and professional at all times.
• Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.
• Promptly answer the telephone using positive and clear communication.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room status and guest concerns.
• Run and check daily reports, contingency lists, and credit card authorization reports.
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned, cleaning up lobby and making coffee is part of the duties.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: From $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week

Experience:

• Hotel front desk: 1 year (preferred)
• Opera PMS: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• French (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• First Aid Certification (preferred)
• CPR Certification (preferred)
