Job summary:
- Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude and be committed to providing exceptional guest care through use of initiative and empowered decision
- Process all guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments and room rate or date requests.
- Be friendly and professional at all times.
- Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.
- Promptly answer the telephone using positive and clear communication.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room status and guest concerns.
- Run and check daily reports, contingency lists, and credit card authorization reports.
- Perform any other job related duties as assigned, cleaning up lobby and making coffee is part of the duties.
