Front Desk Agent
- Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.
- Handle reservations, check-ins, check-outs.
- Must be able to accurately handle cash transactions.
- Good communication skills and multi-tasking skills is essential to this position.
- Knowledge of local attractions.
- Work well under pressure.
- Handle difficult situations with minimum supervision.
- Be able to work independently and as a team.
- Attention to detail very important
Night Auditor
Responsibilities:
- Prepare the daily night audit proceedings and system back-ups.
- Audit, balance and report on all cash and credit operations to include but not limited to over/short figures, deposits, counts, house charges, postings, etc. and reset all registers to ensure accurate, timely information.
- Audit, balance, post and report on the Front Desk to include but not limited to; room charges, zero balance folios, corrections, adjustments, taxes, disputed charges, over/short figures, deposits to ensure accuracy and verify proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Ensure any discrepancies are reported and brought to the attention of the Front Office Manager/Operations Manager
- Prepare and input statistics and income journal sheets for preparation of daily reports.
- Balance and close all bank ticket codes, daily.
- Assist in taking and placing wake-up calls, as needed.
- Perform the duties of Guest Service Agent including check in/check out.
- Perform the duties of Bell/Door/Valet/cleaning/room checking.
- Have thorough knowledge of emergency and front office procedures.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of guests and staff during the overnight period.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Schedule
Morning Shift - 7am to 3pm, Pm Shift - 3pm- 11pm, Night Shift - 11pm-7am

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $18.00-$18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
