The ideal candidate for Front Desk is organized, dependable, flexible, and reliable; has excellent written and verbal communication skills; works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with careful attention to detail, is enthusiastic and energetic.
Create a Super guest experience by providing excellent customer service with the rest of the team. Register arriving guests and assign rooms, Process group arrivals and departures. Take, cancel and change room reservations, Provide information on hotel facilities and services and provide general information about points of interest in the area. Investigate and resolve complaints and claims. Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments, Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms. Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments, Follow emergency and safety procedures. Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying), handle wake-up calls, Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
Shift would on a Friday morning, 7am-3pm
You will be trained for 7am-3pm shift as well as the 3-11pm shift
