Office Manager / Administrator
Position Summary
Metrix Group LLP is looking for an energetic and results-oriented self-starter to join our Whitecourt team as Office Manager and Administrator. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their career in a forward looking and thriving firm.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
· Professional communication, writing, and analytical skills
· Organizational skills
· Time management skills
· Decision-making skills
· Proficiency in several technical office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
· Write, print and assemble correspondence as directed by Partners
· Print, assemble and electronically file personal and corporate income tax returns and various government filings.
· Communicate clearly, concisely, and consistently
· Providing coaching, advice, and training to other staff members
Education & Experience
· Business administration diploma
· Previous office administration and management experience is considered an asset
· Agile, flexible and organized – demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
· Commitment to innovation, process improvement and service excellence
Hours of Work & Compensation
· Friday’s off in July, August and September
· Paid overtime (days in lieu or annual payout)
· Paid professional development
· 3 weeks’ vacation

Metrix Group LLP is a mid-sized CPA firm with offices in Edmonton, Lloydminster, Whitecourt, Fort Saskatchewan, La Crete and Evansburg, along with satellite offices in Fox Creek and High Level, employing a team of over 100 people, including ten partners.
