Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Open /Close store, daily sales reconciliation
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and Google communication/advertising
- Desire to learn how to estimate and sell automotive repairs
- Ensure the reception area is clean and organized
Experience:
- Previous experience working in an administrative role
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and Google communication/advertising
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
