Job description

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
- Use multiple systems to create labels, tags, signs for retail and wholesale use
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Provide general administrative support to the office staff
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Strong office management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
- Plant knowledge is an asset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload

This position requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written. The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude. The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment is essential.

This position is Full Time Seasonal, Part Time in Off Seasons.
