TEMPORARY POSTION - This is a part-time contract position with the opportunity to work additional hours . Contract ends end of May. Typical work week approximately 25 hours.
Duties Include but not limited to;
Answer phones in a polite and courteous manner.
Provide Intake forms to Clients on walk in basis and prepare documents for Accountant.
Assist as needed with various tasks.
Provide general office/ administrative support such as scanning, data entry, printing documents, photocopying and distributing mail and courier packages.
Fast pace with sense of urgency.
Must be proficient with Microsoft programs. (Word/Excel/Outlook)
Customer service skills with a positive attitude.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and with others.
Ability to take initiative.
Process payments via POS system.
Minimum two years Office Receptionist experience.
Confidentiality Agreement - Company employees will be required, as a condition of your employment with Accounting House to sign our standard Confidentiality Agreement.
