On-Site Call Centre Interviewer

On-Site Telephone Interviewers required. This is not sales, collections or soliciting. This is survey research.

Main responsibilities & highlights

• Conducting outbound telephone computer-assisted surveys
• Taking in-bound calls from potential survey respondents to support questions or complete surveys
• Accurate recording of answers into a computer database

Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Fluent in French (written and spoken) would be an asset
• Good verbal communications skills.
• Competent typing and computer skills.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 4 shifts per week (minimum 5 hours each)
• Excellent phone manner and pleasant telephone personality

Flexible Schedule: 

• Weekdays Monday – Friday 11:00am – 11:00pm (5 and 8 hour shifts available)
• Limited afternoon shifts between 11:00am and 5:00pm
• Weekends 12:00pm – 8:00pm (5 and 8 hour shifts available)

Salary: 17.05 - $18.05 / Hour

Job Types: Contract

Schedule:

• Training to start in December 2023.
• Project to start in January 2024

• Making outbound calls
