Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Operations Administrator. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in streamlining our day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, and supporting various departments within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
· Provide administrative support to the operations team, including creating and managing delivery tickets, managing equipment certification schedules.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, Purchase orders, and documentation related to operations
2. Process Improvement:
· Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and implement best practices.
3. Communication and Coordination:
· Facilitate communication between various departments to ensure smooth collaboration.
· Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in operations or administrative roles.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
· Exceptional attention to detail
