Position: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting part-time pickup routes to ensure completion of all tasks.
• Managing schedules and coordinating staff activities.
• Handling administrative tasks and providing top-notch customer service.
• Developing and implementing innovative strategies for business growth.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Gathering marketing content.
• Providing weekly reports on business activity.
• Contributing to marketing initiatives.

Requirements: Vehicle and License

Candidates must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (small pickup, mini-van, or SUV preferred) for transporting waste at the end of the shift.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation.
• Comfortable working with and around waste.
• Comfortable with dogs of various temperaments.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions year-round.
• Knowledge of the city.

Poo Pickers is a rapidly growing dog waste removal company providing weekly services for residential, rural, and commercial properties in and around Edmonton.

Salary: $30,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
