Salary- Oversee day-to-day operations of the company
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze operational performance and make improvements as necessary
- Manage and optimize resources to achieve operational goals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the operations supervisors and employees
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in operations management in an industrial fabrication environment or similar role
- Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry trends
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience in making process improvements
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
