Inside Order desk / Customer service Representative:
- This is a permanent full time role responsible for complete Order Desk duties including processing customer orders. You'll use multiple order entry systems internally and via customer specific portals. You'll also communicate internally and externally via email, and phone. while working closely with customers and our sales team.
Responsibilities include:
- Order processing
- Customer service including quoting & recommending tooling solutions
- supporting our outside sales team
- warehouse duties as required
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Post-secondary education / Minimum grade 12 education
- Excellent communication skills
- Has a strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, & Excel
- Effective time management and good organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task.
