Part-Time Reception & Administration

Part-Time: looking for a candidate who can be flexible with schedule, available to work days, evenings and weekends.

Achieve Health is hiring a part time receptionist. We are a multidisciplinary health care clinic, providing Chiropractic, Physiotherapy , Acupuncture, and Registered Massage Therapy services.

The best candidate will be customer service oriented, and have the ability to think quickly on their feet. They will interact well with people, and provide exceptional support to both our patients and practitioners and understand our passion for helping people recover.

Reporting to the Office Manager, the right applicant will be task oriented and will provide administrative assistance as required. They will be capable of adapting to workflow, with a keen sense of time-sensitivity and an aptitude for organization and prioritizing duties.

This position requires some flexibility of schedule as there will be weekday, evening and short-notice call in shifts. The best candidate will be interested in growing with the clinic.

An understanding of basic office equipment, and a confidence for learning operational software is an asset. Previous customer service experience is necessary, familiarity with Jane app is a plus. We will provide comprehensive, in-house training to the right candidate.

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
