Inline Group Inc. has an immediate opportunity for a People Operations/ Human Resources Manager. This position is based in our Acheson office. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, coach and develop the People Operations team; setting, executing, and achieving success on company initiatives
- Determine and track appropriate metrics for the People Operations team
- Work with operation teams to plan workforce requirements and create strategies to acquire talent
- Design succession plans for key talents and key job positions
- Proactively and thoughtfully address workplace and employee relations issues on an individual and systematic basis
- Update and maintain job descriptions as needed
- Partner with leaders on talent and succession planning, assessment, job/career progression and performance management
- Provide exceptional customer service when assisting all internal employees, as well as external vendors
- Coach and mentor Management team members on HR strategies
- Design and maintain organization and accountability charts as the performance of the business changes
- Develop and implement the organization’s diversity, culture, talent, and engagement programs
- Manage leadership coaching and team building that support growth and change, aligning with business objectives
- Actively identify gaps, propose, and implement changes necessary to cover risks
- Act as the performance improvement driver and provoke positive changes in the people management
- Performing data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs
Minimum Qualification, Experience & Skills
- University Degree in Human Resources preferred
- A minimum of 10 years of recent experience in an HR role
- A minimum of 3 years in a recent managing position
- Comfortable as a “hands-on” manager and willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done
- The ability to communicate effectively to all stakeholders and to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Experience in the construction/trades industries would be an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organization skills, including attention to detail
- Knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs
