```Duties```
- Receive incoming shipments and verify the contents against the purchase orders
- Unload, unpack, and inspect incoming materials for damage or defects
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to specifications
- Operate order picking equipment such as order pickers and reach trucks
- Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) system to track inventory levels and update records
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
```Experience```
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving or a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with order picking processes and operating order picking equipment
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and calculating quantities
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures
- Ability to load and unload materials safely and efficiently
