Our approach to exercise fitness is based on optimizing one's daily functional movement. We support a minimal equipment based approach to classes and activities we offer.

• Assist physiotherapist with prescribed therapeutic care plans
• Assist in client reception and communications
• Predominantly in studio care with select at home service delivery

• Opportunity for adjunct role as Fitness Instructor. Candidate must have an industry recognized and current certification as a fitness instructor or personal trainer with experience. Additional post diploma fitness related training preferred. Must carry liability insurance.
• Leading small group fitness and exercise classes in our Motion Lab at specifically scheduled times through the week

• Opportunity to participate in design and implementation of exercises classes and activities to be incorporated in our outdoor summer program

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $17.00-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week

• Port Hope, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)

Experience:

• health care: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Physiotherapy Assistant Training & Valid Certification (required)
