We are looking for a Workforce Planner (WFP) who will provide direct support to the OfficeManager. The successful candidate will be an energetic, positive, professional, and self-motivated individual who can provide exceptional managerial and administrative support to the management team.

The WFP will be responsible for any scheduling, planning and/or workforce related duties.
1. Create and plan manpower.
Create a manpower schedule using all the available tools.
a. check flight loads provided by the airlines.
b. identify and track trends and adapt as needed by;
i. identifying busy blocks during the day
ii. identifying increased traffic on specific days of the week
iii. identifying busy periods throughout the year
2. Maintain daily manpower.
Maintain the live schedule daily and update any irregularities or changes.
a. Approve and update any shift trades
b. Update absences or sick calls
c. Assist in covering and finding manpower for any sick calls, terminations, leaves of absence as needed.
3. Monitor and maintain employee retention.
a. Identify areas in need of improvement in regard to staff moral and culture while still enforcing company policies.
b. Improve employees’ work-life balance by taking into consideration employees preferences and day off requests.
4. Improve productivity and quality outputs.
a. Create and implement policies and procedures that will increase productivity and quality.
b. Identify areas of how management can support with better SOPs, trainings and/or coaching.
5. Make recommendations to deliver strategic value through talent.
a. Provide and look for skills that employees have that can help grow our business.
b. Create a career path within the company to aid in employee retention.
6. Forecast staffing supply and demand.
a. Review current and future workforce requirements and identify any gaps.
b. Recommend a business plan to ensure we have skilled employees filling important roles accordingly.
7. Recruit talent and manage training.
a. Assist in the recruitment process of skilled agents, filling role requirements as needed.
b. Arrange and schedule training with the certified trainers.
c. Assist in the development of employee skills through our training program.
8. Administration Duties
a. Have an excellent working knowledge of computers and their programs including OneDrive, Microsoft Office, Teams etc. and be able to create professional forms, documents, presentations, and emails efficiently using these platforms.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
