Production Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe, clean and healthy production work environment by following good-manufacturing practices.
• Executing a variety of routine processes to produce large volumes of safe, high-quality cannabis products.
• Maintaining strict inventory control over starting materials, intermediates and finished products.
• Recording and keeping track of cannabis products produced through batch records and controlled documents.
• Maintaining the production equipment by cleaning and conducting routine preventive maintenance work.
• Participate in company training and meetings as required.
• Perform other tasks based on management instructions and performance requirements.
• Follows written instruction on all SOP’s, Batch documents etc.
• Maintain a productive-focused and positive attitude.
• Ensure professional behaviors and communication.
• Ensure respectful communications when speaking with co-workers, clients, suppliers, etcetera Work in an organized and timely fashion to ensure that expected productivity is met.
• Work in a team environment to achieve common goals and objectives Maintain composure and work effectively.
• Offer informative and detailed advice in a transparent and trustworthy manner.
• Actively listen during conversation.
• Be committed to a healthy, safe and clean work environment.

Physical Attributes

• Lifting weighted items of up to 50 pounds Ladder ascension/descension
• Reaching overhead with arms; repetitive motion
• Able to work in laboratory and manufacturing environment, with moderate noise level.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
