Our multidisciplinary team works closely with the five Orthopaedic Surgeons and is well integrated within the community. The Program Assistant is an integral player on the team who is responsible for:
- Coordinating patient appointments
- Supporting clinicians with patient flow to ensure quality metrics are achieved
- Liaison between provincial body and local assessment team
- Collaboration with fellow team members to provide an exceptional patient and team experience
- Other duties as required
Experience
- Previous experience in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience with one of more of the following considered an asset: third party billing, clinical databases, medical office setting
- Certificate in medical office administration preferred
- Customer service experience

- Proficient with computers, especially Microsoft Office Suite
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
