Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Communicate key deadlines to team members and keep project tracking up-to-date

  • Document ad operations processes and ensure they are adhered to

  • Book kickoff calls in advance of project launch dates to align team members on goals and expectations

  • Create work-back schedules and assign project tasks based on key delivery dates

  • Participate in client calls to capture notes and key deadlines

  • Meet with team members at pre-defined cadence to capture their capacity and communicate feedback to leadership to ensure even distribution of workload

Strategic Expectations:

  • Present industry news and insights to help expand our team’s knowledge

  • Support with onboarding of new team members

  • Help Hotspex Media become more efficient and balanced – provide feedback and insight to help improve our systems, communication, teamwork, and team members work-life balance

  • Pursue platform certifications to continue expanding your knowledge of advertising technologies

Key Outcomes:

  • On-time delivery of client reports and proposals

  • Achieve customer success, as measured by Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)

  • 360 reviews from your team members

The Interview Process:

  • Intro Call (15-20 minutes)

  • Past Experience Deep Dive (45 minutes)

    • In parallel to this round, we'll speak with your references.

  • Final Round Interview (30-45 minutes)

    • This round is largely focused on meeting the leaders you'd be collaborating with and meeting more members of the team.
