Currently, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing team. The role of this team member is best suited to an individual with strong organizational skills, who is able to assist in coordinating and scheduling our off-site crews. The successful applicant is able to bring order from chaos, is self-motivated, and is a novel problem solver who can manage competing priorities. The successful applicant has the ability to draw conclusions from a variety of sources of information, with the proven ability to initiate and execute tasks and initiatives across multiple departments in a collegial manner.

- Coordinate site issues including problems and schedules for playground installation crews;
- Work with production staff to ensure crews are assigned optimally and to recognize problems within schedules as they occur;
- Work with site supervisors in determining critical issues, establishing priorities, and ensuring accountability in adhering to project goals,
- Interpret costing data and KPIs so that project performance is understood and critical takeaways explained.
- Assume financial oversight of site invoice approvals in consultation with estimation team and controller;
- Collaborate with senior management and support the planning and execution of departmental workflows, accountabilities, and goals for installation crews on daily and weekly basis;
- Support in seasonal recruitment activities in consultation with recruiter;
- Ensure highest standards of health and safety across all sites are adhered to;
- Participate in the growth of the business in keeping with the company culture, values and long-term strategy.
- 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project management in custom construction, landscaping, manufacturing or similar industry;
- 5+ years of experience in leadership or supervisory experience, working and leading cross-functionally while assuming a position of accountability;
- Strong communication skills, with the proven ability to communicate with diverse audiences;
- Excellent computer skills, with experience in MSOffice & Google Suite;
- Thrive in a busy work environment and act as a stabilizing force when pressure rises;
- A growth mindset, and eagerness to learn from your mistakes;
- A minimum G class license.
Compensation: $65,000-75,000 commensurate with experience
