Quality Assurance Specialist Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive test plans to meet all objectives.
- Implement and monitor detailed test scripts to evaluate functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of our products.
- Recommend and implement preventative and corrective actions to maintain our high-quality standards.
- Analyze statistical data to improve product quality and user experience.
- Draft and maintain precise Quality Assurance policies and procedures.
- Investigate customer feedback and product issues to enhance user satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to quality and industry regulatory standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in QA roles, particularly with web and mobile development projects.
- Expertise in quality inspection, auditing, and testing.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
- Advanced computer skills, including familiarity with QA databases and applications.
- Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
