Responsibilities
This individual’s responsibilities include:
- Answering and forwarding telephone calls professionally and in a timely manner
- Performing clerical duties - typing, faxing and filing
- Filing and general office duties
- Handling cash
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Assist other departments as required
This would be an ideal position if you:
- Have exceptional customer service skills
- Are a self-starter with the ability to organize workload in an orderly manner
- Have the ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team
- Have strong organizational skills
- Have excellent computer skills with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Have a minimum Grade 12 education
- Possess general accounting knowledge
