RelyOn Nutec Canada is a service-based company focused on exceeding our client's requirements, on time, the first time. We provide safety and survival training to the onshore, offshore oil & gas industry, industrial, maritime sectors, civilian and Military aviation.
We are seeking a motivated Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, exceptional organizational skills, and experience in customer service and administrative support.
MAJOR DUTIES
- Greet trainees and complete the morning check-in process for all courses starting
- Prepare and print certification templates
- Answer incoming calls and handle accordingly, ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time
- Oversee all office equipment-ensure working properly and always stocked
- Receive, sort, distribute daily mail; and prepare and arrange parcel pick up for deliveries.
- Order catering for courses and in office meetings
- Order office consumables
- Print, scan and photocopy documents, manuals, etc.
- Maintain safety and hygiene standards of the reception area
- Perform other routine clerical tasks as requested by management

- Active listener
- Adept at prioritizing, scheduling and multitasking
- Ability to handle office equipment (e.g., the telephone system, printer and the fax machine)
