General Reception duties - Proper organization of the office, Patient bookings, telephones, emails, mail, courier, filing etc.
Administrative duties - Billing, Receiving payments, Staff scheduling, Communicating with team members and other stakeholders.
Assisting Management and Therapists in day to day activities.
General housekeeping including laundry, keeping the clinic tidy at all times etc.
Work Experience as an office manager will be an asset.
Ability to multi-task in a busy work environment is a must.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
