Job description

Immigration office an immediate need for a full-time receptionist to support immigration practice.
Strong communication skills, verbal and written, including experience with e-mail communication in an office/professional environment. The candidate must be extremely organized, reliable, energetic, good attitude, with ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Candidate would get the opportunity to support administrative staff and learn administrative role to support clients.

Job Duties:
Answering phones calls and making appointments
Scanning, mailing, copying, and other administrative related tasks;
Manage a high-volume of e-mail correspondence between colleagues and clients;
Data Entry, including detailed tracking into case management system;
Work under reasonable deadlines in a fast-paced environment; and
Other administrative duties as requested by management

Job Requirements:
Entry level position, at least one (1) year of administrative experience in a professional office, preferred but not required;
Candidate must be available from 10:00 am EST – 6:00 p.m. EST,
Demonstrate attention to detail, ability to work independently and under pressure, and time management skills;
Candidate should have impeccable organizational skills and ability to pay attention to detail;
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), ability to adapt to different software and programs; and
Candidate should be looking to grow in the Administrative field.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time, Casual

Salary: $14.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
