An established and busy tax preparation business in the Carlingwood area is looking for an organized, energetic and computer literate receptionist/admin assistant to help us through tax season. If you have experience in preparing tax returns, even better. Full-time hours beginning March 1 until May 15. Although bilingualism isn’t a requirement, it is a definite asset, as is experience with Profile, and Quickbooks. Must understand the importance of deadlines and be able to work under pressure. Responsibilities: answering phones, assembling files, communicating with clients, updating spreadsheets, preparing and sending invoices.
Skills required: good knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel and Word
