We currently operates from two locations in Thornhill and Richmond Hill, and we proudly employ a team of more than 350 active real estate professionals, supported by 12 dedicated staff members.

HOURS OF WORK
- Every Friday from from 4 PM - 9 PM or 5 PM - 9 PM.
- One or two shifts from Mon - Thurs: 4 PM - 9 PM or 5 PM - 9 PM and/or Weekends: 10 AM - 5 PM
You must work every Friday evening shift (4 PM - 9 PM or 5 PM - 9 PM), and one or two evening shifts from Monday to Thursday. You can also choose to work one weekend shift (10 AM - 5 PM), but Friday evenings are mandatory.

- Thornhill (Head Office) : 7620 Yonge Street Unit #400, Thornhill, ON L4J 1V9
- Richmond Hill : 10909 Yonge Street Unit #208, Richmond Hill, ON L4C 3E3
This role requires physical presence at the office for work purposes.

RESPONSIBILITY
- Greeting and directing office visitors
- Performing day-to-day office operations and related tasks professionally
- Booking and confirming appointments
- Handling and promptly responding to incoming calls and emails
- Ensuring successful execution of appointments and meetings through follow-up actions
- Uploading listings
- Data entry, including document collection and filing
- Providing support by preparing real estate forms and documents
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
- Operating office equipment such as photocopiers, printers, and computers
- Ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines for exceptional customer care
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
- Monitoring and restocking the office pantry
- Participating in training sessions to enhance administrative skills in the real estate industry
- Facilitating communication between managers and staff members
- Supporting team continuity by documenting actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs
- Fulfilling other duties as assigned by managers and office administrators

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
- Not currently affiliated with another brokerage (We do not hire individuals with a real estate license for this role)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent typing skills with minimal errors
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
- Ability to quickly adapt to industry-specific software
- Effective multitasking and deadline management
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Preferred: Prior real estate experience and proficiency in programs like BrokerBay, MLS, Google Docs, and Sheets

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $16.55-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 22 per week
