Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! Successful applicants will be required to display excellent organizational skills, administrative and computer skills, customer service experience. Responsibilities:

To felid incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments

To assist customers that arrive at the entrance and direct them accordingly

To assist customers in the parts store and run the cashier counter.

To assist in light administrative duties for the service team

To handle routine telephone communications

To complete all paperwork daily

Ability to implement defined procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
