We are seeking an administration assistant to join our team! The successful candidate will support the administrative functions of the clinic including greeting patients, answering the phone, and scheduling appointments.

You have strong computer skills, and an ability to learn new software applications quickly. You have a solid command of the English language and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include:
- Answering the telephone, greeting, and assisting patients
- Responding to inquiries and helping patients with problems
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail, courier and faxes
- Providing administrative support under the direction and support of the health care provider
- Monitoring and ordering office and clinic supplies
- Assisting with photocopier/fax maintenance
Qualifications:
- In-person and Telephone customer service experience
- Understanding of medical terminology is an asset
- Health-related educational background is preferred
- Familiarity with WSIB, MVA, and eClaims
