Receptionist/Office Assistant

Detailed Drywall is looking for a Receptionist to join our team on a part time basis.

Essential Duties:

• Answer Incoming calls
• Taking messages and ensuring they are passed to the appropriate staff member in time
• Greeting visitors, getting them to use the sign in/out log
• Prepare and write content for website and social media platforms
• Data Entry
• Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching daily mail
• Maintain physical and electronic files
• Coordinating internal and external events
• Handling travel arrangements
• Prepare prints
• Operate office equipment such as photocopiers, fax machines and scanners
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor as needed

Qualifications

• High School diploma or administrative assistant certificate preferred
• Familiarity with multi-line telephone systems
• Prior experience with Microsoft Office and typing
• Excellent telephone communication etiquette
• Organized and good attention to detail

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $18.39-$19.24 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
