SalaryWe are Medical Home Model Family Medicine practice focusing on comprehensive and preventative, proactive health care for our patients.
The successful candidate will be able to work in an extremely busy Family Medicine practice and will be comfortable working as part of a team or autonomously when required. This person will have excellent customer service and communication skills. They will require excellent computer skills in order to work with our Telus Health Med Access Electronic medical record system. They must be detail oriented, flexible and knowledgeable with respect to patient confidentiality and privacy issues.
Duties will include answering a extremely busy multi-line telephone system, assisting physicians, coworkers and clinic management. This person will greet patients as they enter the clinic, check them in, record and update patient demographics, answer telephones, book appointments and follow up appointments and perform any other related duties as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 75 per week
