Medical Office Assistant

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Medical Office Assistant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for many aspects of the office, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, working on insurance forms and handling general office tasks. This is a fast-paced position with a lot of responsibility and the right candidate should have solid communication and customer service skills.

A good knowledge of WOLF EMR is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Take telephone messages.
• Answer patient's questions.
• Perform front desk duties.
• Keep office clean.
• File papers.
• Order supplies.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
