Medical Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Expert management of Electronic Medical Records (EMR), ensuring accurate patient data and seamless clinical processes

• Greeting and checking in patients, managing appointments, and updating patient information

• Professional handling of phone calls, including booking and confirming appointments

• Inventory management and liaising with vendors

• Assisting with medical procedures and ensuring treatment rooms are prepared

• Contributing to the clinic's high standards of cleanliness and organization

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Medical Office Assistant for 2-3 years

• Proficiency with various EMR systems such as AVA (Preferred) and Accuro, to ensure efficient patient data management

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and strong attention to detail

• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare practices
