The ideal candidate will have Leadership Skills strong work ethic, willingness to learn and make a positive contribution to King Riders Logix Inc and its client. Strong communication skills, an eye for details, and good (Excellent) command in spoken and written English is a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all Driver Qualification files. Ensuring all documents are up to date; for example current valid Driver license copy, FAST Card, Passport, etc.
• Driver hiring, driver training and orientation.
• Monitor and review HOS, detect violations in ELD and paper logs and take appropriate corrective action.
• Maintain all trucks and trailers files.
• Manage and maintain all tractor and trailer maintenance files. Make and the PM and Annual inspection schedule and ensure compliance with company's maintenance policy.
• Perform other administrative and general tasks as they arise.
• Assist in completing audits

Qualification:

• College Level certificate . Organization Operations & Administrative Occupations: 1 year (preferred)

Knowledge of Safety and Compliance within the Trucking Industry is an asset

2+ years of hands-on administrative support experience·
proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook must·
knowledge of operating standard office equipment· excellent communication skills – written and verbal·
ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills·
good research skills and attention to detail
