Bids For Benefit is looking for a highly driven individual to take on the role of marketing and sales for highly respected clients. You will be selling advertising / sponsorship to thousands of businesses throughout Canada. Our package is priced so well that business owners will feel silly saying no.

We need you to reach out to Canadian small and medium-sized businesses and offer our advertising / sponsorship package to them.

Compensation:

• 20% commission of each sale.
• Uncapped earning potential!
• Full-time permanent position

Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential customers and build rapport with a variety of prospects
• Provide high level of customer service, addressing customer questions and concerns
• Ability to work Monday to Friday
• 8 hour shift

Qualifications and Desired Skills:

• Preferred experience: Sales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients
• Strong initiative and “go-getter” attitude
• Personally conduct Sales calls as required to assess and provide assistance in developing new accounts, relationship building, follow-up and closing the sale.
• A skill for hunting/prospecting with the ability to achieve targets through self-motivation, tenacity and determination
• Strong verbal communication skills and are comfortable making cold calls
• Polished presentation and consultative selling skills

To be successful in this position you must have a computer and Internet access, be familiar with the Microsoft Office suite of programs and be able to work independently.

This is a contractual, home-based position.
