Our Company has immediate opening for a highly motivated, detail and time-oriented Inside
Sales and Customer Service Coordinator to join our team.
Typical Duties Include (but are not limited to):
- Managing sales order desk (parts and service products)
- Assisting with and validating after sales customer contacts
- Generating quotes using standard templates
- Coordinating invoicing with accounting
- Interacting directly with customers on a day-to-day basis
- Taking orders via email, phone and other methods
- Responding to customer’s needs and questions
- Resolving customer issues and/or concerns
- Providing order and delivery updates and status reports
- Providing inventory status
- Coordinating between customers and inter-company departments
- Assisting with the updating & creating spare parts lists
- Sourcing components based on obsolesce or availability
- Assisting with the completion of customer surveys when requested
- Other duties as required or requested
- Assisting with picking and packing of orders from inventory
- Generate weekly reports on open sales order status for weekly status meeting.
- Maintain inventory stock of common sales order parts

Key Education / Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 years of previous admin or Customer Service experience required
- Intermediate level experience with MS Office required
- Knowledge of Great Plains and CRM software is preferred
- College level Admin / Customer Service education preferred
- Previous experience supporting a sales or Customer Service team an asset
- Previous experience working with nuclear or aerospace industry customers an asset
