Sales Representative

Duties:

• Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and expand existing accounts.
• Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and monitor customer interactions.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Fluency in French (written and verbal) is required.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience for clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
• Reliable access to a vehicle for transportation.
• Demonstrated business development skills, including prospecting and lead generation.
