Duties:
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and expand existing accounts.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and monitor customer interactions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Fluency in French (written and verbal) is required.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience for clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
- Reliable access to a vehicle for transportation.
- Demonstrated business development skills, including prospecting and lead generation.
