The Opportunity
Kubera Payments, a growing and fast-paced small business in the payments technology space, needs a Sales Support agent for a full-time remote position. Kubera Payments is a financial service and consulting company based in Vancouver, BC. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and computer skills along with fantastic verbal and written communication.
The Role
As a Sales Support agent, you will:
- Be willing and able to work daily from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Monday - Friday excluding STAT holidays
- Answer phone calls from clients, provide support and follow up as required
- Prepare client documentation
- Make use of Excel, Word, Acrobat and Google Suite
- Make CRM Updates (Salesforce)
- Prepare follow up emails to clients
- Handling occasional special projects and researching business projects
The Qualifications
The Sales Support Agent has:
- Excellent computer skills including the ability to use software such as Gmail
- Previous experience with payments terminals and/or software such as Salesforce an asset
- An ability and willingness to take on new opportunities and challenges
- Able to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision
- Excellent English written and Verbal communication skills a must
- French written and verbal communication skills an asset
- Experience in customer service, in an office environment, or as an sales assistant a benefit
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable internet access a must
