Role Overview:
As a Sales and Customer Service Representative at ROLLerUP, you will be a key player in both our sales and customer service departments. Your primary role will involve engaging with clients through various channels, providing exceptional service, and identifying potential sales opportunities. You will be pivotal in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and in driving sales growth by recognizing and responding to customer needs with our range of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions from our product range.
- Maintain and develop client relationships, fostering long-term loyalty.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
