Service Clerk

Cullen Diesel Power is the leading distributor and dealer for several engine, transmission and equipment lines in British Columbia. We supply products, parts and services to the mining, forestry, trucking, construction and marine industries.

Cullen's Penticton Branch is seeking to hire a Service Clerk who can perform service and administrative duties. Duties will include but are not limited to;

• Invoicing service/repair work orders
• Processing and flat-rating warranty claims
• Registering warranty claims
• Assisting customers with all aspects of Service and Warranty
• Entering time cards and balancing payroll
• Creating and receiving Purchase Orders
• Processing Payables
• Answering incoming calls
• General office and clerical duties

The applicant must:

• Be self motivated
• Must work well in a team environment
• Have a pleasant disposition
• Have a willingness to learn
• Have good customer relations
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Must be willing to travel to other branch locations for training from time to time
• Have excellent interpersonal skills

Hourly rate will be dependent on experience. Candidate must be able to work in a team environment. This position starts as permanent, 40 hours a week. Training will be provided to the candidate.
