Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Manage the shipping window, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of shipments.
• Coordinate with truck drivers for efficient loading and unloading of goods.
• Verify the accuracy of outgoing shipments and handle any discrepancies.
• Prepare shipping documents and labels accurately.
• Communicate effectively with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
• Maintain organized records of shipping activities and inventory levels.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years Previous experience in shipping coordination or a related field is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in using shipping software and MS Office Suite.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols.
