Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Job purpose

Skills / Experience that the successful candidate should have:

• Successful completion of secondary school graduation diploma or equivalent.• 1-2 years’ experience of Pick, Pack, Ship & Receive in warehouse environment.• Knowledge of processing small parcels and LTL shipments via different carriers (Domestic & International)• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment.• Microsoft D365 WMS, UPS WorldShip experience preferred.

The Role:

• Plan, process and fulfill daily Sales Orders.• Pick & Pack goods to be shipped into Cardboard containers;prepare identifying information, shipping labels and documentation.• Receive inbound shipments, put away, organize and assist in maintaining stock levels.• Operate walk behind forklift, hand truck or other equipment to load, unload, transport, and store goods.• Communicate with Sales Team and/or Customers as necessary to provide order status updates.• Monitor shipments, organize all Inbound/Outbound shippingpaperwork.

Working conditions

• Wear safety attire or protective gear daily as necessary.• Work overtime as per business needs.

Physical requirements

• Standing working on equipment/shipping desk.• Walking and lifting up to 50lbs.

Pay: $22.50-$25.00 per hour
